We do not accept returns on made-to order items. Other items may be returned if in unused condition. Please contact us before returning items.

• You have 30 days to return unused items.
• State of return: unused. Made to order(Hand Made) not refundable.
• Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product)
• Veterinary Consultations excluded from returns.

• Process of refund: After contacting us, your payment method will be reimbursed if your return is acceptable.
